Le Cordon Bleu London
Le Cordon Bleu, who opened their first school in Paris in 1895, are a world renowned culinary school and their London school recently moved to their international flagship premises in January 2012. The new location is full to the brim of state of the art culinary equipment that will help any budding chef along the way.
The school hosts a number of fantastic courses such as diplomas in ‘Gastronomy, nutrition and food trends’, ‘Culinary management’, ‘Patisserie’ and a whole lot more.
Le Cordon Bleu’s place in the industry plays an integral part in the success of the hundreds of students who graduate each year. The school recruits Master Chefs from the best hotels and Michelin Starred kitchens from around the world and also hosts a number of live demonstrations from esteemed chefs, allowing their students to learn from the best.

The Great Food and Drink Festivals
The Great Food and Drink Festivals take place through out the East Midlands featuring some fantastic chefs, some who feature in The Great British Cookbook, doing cooking demo's for the general public.
This year, 2016, there are events taking place at Prestwold Hall, Nottingham Castle, Newstead Abbey and Calke Abbey with chefs such as Jean-Christophe Novelli, Aldo Zilli, Nadiya Hussain, Simon Rimmer and more!
