The Welsh section of the cookbook has been a massive success with some fantastic dishes being submitted into the book by some exceptional chefs. Luke Thomas, Signatures Restaurant, Chateau Rhianfa and Bistro Prego are just some of the exemplary chefs and restaurants involved in this section.
Luke Thomas, at only twenty years of age, is certainly one of the younger chefs in the book but you wouldn’t tell by the fantastic recipe that he has in the book. The ‘Sautéed Chicken Livers’ is a dish of real class and mouth watering flavours, which is easily available for you all to try.
Bistro Prego have a beautifully golden ‘Roast Partridge’ in The Great British Cookbook. This is the kind of dish that would be a wonderful replacement for you Christmas dinner if you fancied something a little different. The image alone is enough to make you want to try it.
Are you planning on having a dish for an alternative Christmas dinner? Or have just tried a dish because it looked good? Then let us know on our Twitter @GBCookbook.
