Central England is also represented in The Great British Cookbook and they certainly haven’t disappointed. Some great dishes and recipes by Ellenborough Park, The Fuzzy Duck, The Bulls Head, The Wood Norton and many others have really shown what Central England can produce in the food world.
Stirrups Restaurant have created a ‘Blow Touched Mackerel’ dish that tastes just as fresh as it looks. This wonderful fish dish is a great recipe and is something that we would highly recommend that you try.
‘Baked Spice Plums’ by The Queens, is another great recipe in the Central England section. This dessert is a fantastic way to wrap up a meal over this festive period. The juicy plums top with spices are light yet very satisfying pudding.
